Birth Enrichment Planting a new narrative

A bespoke holistic antenatal package curated for you. This is the start of a beautiful unveiling, a cultivation of trust and wisdom shared together in the sanctuary of my home, Four Winds, to ensure you feel like the goddess you are. As you travel throughout this sacred pathway of creation, we call in the birth you desire and honour all that you are and all that you will become.
Whether this is your first pregnancy, or you have experienced birth before, I am here to explore with you holistically the best way to craft a pathway of pregnancy that is right for you. Whatever the happenstance, I will walk alongside you to ensure you feel positive, confident and informed as you bloom beautifully into motherhood.
I welcome women either to my home sanctuary nestled in the forest or I can visit your own hearth space. My wish is to ensure you feel like a Goddess on this journey as you cross the threshold from Maiden to Mother. It takes a lot of strength and courage to birth your way and it requires trust. The space I hold invites the practice of ritual, plant spirit and feminine intuition in high esteem as you prepare for this transformational sacred rite of passage.

I feel so blessed to even be considered to be part of such an intimate and sacred time in your life and hold this close to my heart always.
All of my packages will ensure I am on call for you from 38 weeks (or when needed), contactable and present throughout your entire labour (in whatever form you choose) as well as being there to support you postpartum too. I will be there to support you primarily but also help partners to feel included (if this is your wish) and will be on hand to help with breathing, movement, and relaxation keeping you calm, confident and held in this liminal space of birth.
You will also have access to unlimited support from me via email, text, whatsapp, voice notes, throughout and including the fourth trimester.
I go with 'your' flow. There is no judgment or expectation even if there are plot twists and curve balls. You can talk openly and freely and share with me your thoughts at any stage. I know what a special and precious time this is for all involved and I wish to honour it with you.

Let me hold you in my hearth space of love, care and tenderness to allow you to soften into this new realm of motherhood wherever that may be for you. This worship of women is a calling of mine, and I have curated a personal ceremony of pure love to bring you back to your body, to sing to your heart and to ease the mind. Using the deep healing power of presence, devotion and divine touch I allow my intuitive and energetics to guide me, as I wrap your body, fold my cloth and rock you gently into deep relaxation and healing. The power of ritual, rhythm and the breath compliments this bespoke womb blessing.
